Services and Product Scope

The company provides IT repairs in the area of Elliot(Khowa) and distributes products in South Africa

Order Placement


Customers must place orders through Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd official channels or through the company's social media or website.

Pricing and Payment


All prices are as stated on the Company's official website and verified social media platforms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise agreed to in writing.


For repairs and service work, a 60% deposit is required before any diagnostics or repair services commence. The remaining 40% balance is payable upon completion of the services and before the release of the repaired device.


Clients may elect to pay 100% of the service fee upfront if the so choose.


For all product orders, full payment (100%) is required at the time or ordering. Products will not be ordered ,reserved, or dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

Pricing Changes

Prices for products and services listed on our website may change at any time without prior notice.

While we strive to keep all pricing accurate and up to date, fluctuations due to market conditions, supplier pricing, or other factors may occur. The final price charged will always be the price displayed at the time an order is placed and confirmed.

Delivery Times


Estimated delivery times are provided, but Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by courier services or any emergencies including road damage or works.

Delivery Damages


Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any damages or loss due to delivery services.

Insurance


Customers are responsible for insuring products during transit.

Product Inspection


Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours that is not related to delivery damage.


Once a customer signs for a package or service, the client accepts terms and conditions and agrees satisfaction of service or products.

Returns and Refunds


Returns will be accepted within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and its original packaging, and remains in a resalable condition.


Refunds, where applicable, will exclude handling fees, administrative costs, and courier or delivery charges, as Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd does not take responsibility for such costs. the final refund amount will be determined at the discretion of management after inspection of the returned product.


if the product has been opened,used, tampered with, or damaged, no refund will be issued. Products returned due to a change of mind after opening or use are not eligible for refunds.

All refund requests are sunject to a verification and approval by Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd management.

Warranty


Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd gives no warranties, all warranties are stricly with suppliers and warranty differs with each product and brand.

Intellectual Property


Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd retains intellectual property rights for all services and products.

Data Security


Customers data is handled securely, Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than a representative of Client at any time either during terms of this Agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to Client, Including but not limited to: customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets.

Confidentiality


Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential.

Liability Limitations


Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with provision of services or the supply of products, even if the Company has been advised of possibility of such damages.


Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, public unrest, power outages, internet or network failures, supply chain disruptions, hardware or software failures not caused by the Company, or the Client's failure or inability to provide access, instructions, approvals, or timely communication.


In the event of any delay or disruption caused by such circumstances, Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client as soon as practicable.

Services Modifications


Chrono Tech ZA (Pty) Ltd reserved the right to modify services with notice.
